Cheddar Cheese

This excellent cheese is mild and creamy with a clean, pleasant aroma and flavour. Very versatile, it can be eaten at breakfast and all other meals. It is used as cubes in salads, grated into sauces and used for baking. It can be used for cheese sandwiches and burgers. Cheddar on its own or on a cheese platter is flattered by wine, especially when matured and strong.

Red Highland

A gouda style cheese which is made from only the very best quality milk. It has a fresh slightly salty taste as a result of it only having been aged for a short period of time. Can be used in soups, cheese sauce, on top of burgers or on its own.

Mozzarella

A very fresh and young cheese with a high moisture content, slightly rubbery texture, with an extremely mild flavour. Mostly used for cooking and baking (pizza, lasagna, etc), it is also used on a cheese platter or as a salad accompaniment.
