Description
This excellent cheese is mild and creamy with a clean, pleasant aroma and flavour. Very versatile, it can be eaten at breakfast and all other meals. It is used as cubes in salads, grated into sauces and used for baking. It can be used for cheese sandwiches and burgers. Cheddar on its own or on a cheese platter is flattered by wine, especially when matured and strong.
